Can I choose which payment methods are available?

Yes, you can set which payment methods are shown to your customers in your Netcash account. Login to customise your Netcash Payment Gateway settings.

What does it cost to use each payment method?

Each payment method has a set transaction fee. We offer competitive rates for all clients. Depending on the volume and value of transactions your business processes, you may be eligible for a custom quotation. 

Can I customise the payment gateway?

Yes, you can add your logo and select the payment methods you want to make available to your clients. Set this up in your Netcash account, or chat to us for more information.

Is there a minimum value set for payment methods?

Yes, some payment methods require a minimum value in order to appear and be available for use on the payment gateway. 

A payment method I need isn’t available — how can I request it?

We’re always expanding our available payment options based on client demand. If a specific payment method isn’t yet listed, chat to our team to request it. New payment methods are added regularly to meet South African market needs.

Which payment methods are available on the Netcash Payment Gateway?

The Netcash Payment Gateway offers more than 20 payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Instant EFT via Ozow, Capitec Pay, Payflex, 1Voucher, paymyway, SCode retail payments, and Scan to Pay. You can enable or disable these in your Netcash account settings.

Can I accept payments both online and in-store with Netcash?

Netcash supports both online and in-person transactions. Features like Scan to Pay and SCode allow customers to complete purchases at retail outlets or directly from their phones.

Are voucher and QR payment methods secure?

Absolutely. All voucher and QR-based payments (including 1Voucher, paymyway, SCode, and Scan to Pay) are fully encrypted and processed through Netcash’s PCI Level 1-compliant systems, ensuring secure transactions every time.
