Choose between Same-day, Dated, or Real-Time Clearance (RTC) payments to ensure all employees are paid on time, regardless of their bank. Can I schedule recurring salary payments with Netcash?

You can schedule payment batches up to four months in advance, but recurring monthly salary batches aren’t supported. This is to accommodate payroll changes such as employee bank details, salaries, or employment status, ensuring all payments remain accurate and compliant.

How many authorisers can approve a salary payment batch?

You can assign multiple authorised users on your Netcash account to approve salary payment batches. This helps maintain control and accountability. Contact your account manager to set up the appropriate access levels and authorisation flow for your business.

What are the salary payment cut-off times for Same-day and Dated batches?

For Same-day payments, the cut-off time is 13:00 on the payment day, with funds available the following business day. Dated payments must be processed by 13:00 one business day before the payment date (or by 13:00 on Friday for Saturday and Monday batches). Valid payment dates are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
